Anas Khan

Dr. Anas Khan, MBBS, MHA, SBEM, FFSEM

Dr. Khan is a Saudi physiacian, academician and leader in the healthcare field. He is the:

- Director General, Global Center for Mass Gatherings Medicine at MoH, a WHO Collaborative Center, Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia

- Associate Professor and an Attending Physician (Consulant), Emergency and Disaster Medicine, College of Medicine, King Saud University.

- Board of Directors, World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine (WADEM), Founding Chairman of MENA Chapter.

He is a certified Emergency Medicine physician holding the Saudi and Arab Boards, and a fellowship in Disaster Medicine from Harvard affiliated Hospital (BIDMC). Also, he holds a Master in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the College of Business, and an MBBS from the College of Medicine, King Saud University. He received many certifications in the fields of Healthcare and Management. Dr. Khan has more than 15 years of vast experience in the field, and was a key player during the pandemic, on national and international platforms.

Dr. Anas is a renowned researcher with more than 75 peer reviewed publications, and a distinguished speaker at many national and international conferences. He is proudly a recipient of King Abdulaziz Medal of the 3rd degree from the Royal Court.
